Senior Data & AI Solution Architect

Description We are seeking a highly hands-on Senior Data & AI Solution Architect to lead solution design across enterprise data, analytics, and AI initiatives in a Microsoft-first environment. This role translates business requirements into secure, scalable, supportable architectures and guides delivery teams through design, prototyping, implementation, reviews, and production readiness. The ideal candidate combines strong architecture leadership with proven hands-on depth in Power BI, Azure data platforms, and enterprise AI enablement. Key responsibilities: Own end-to-end solution architecture for data, analytics, and AI use cases, with accountability for design quality, security, scalability, supportability, and cost. Translate business needs into practical technical designs, target architectures, integration patterns, and delivery-ready implementation guidance. Lead by example through hands-on prototyping, architecture reviews, troubleshooting, code/design reviews, and technical support for delivery teams. Ensure security, governance, compliance, and operational readiness are built into solutions from design through production deployment. Requirements Must have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in senior solution architecture roles for enterprise data, analytics, and AI platforms. 5+ years strong hands-on experience with Azure-based data platforms, including Azure
