Director of Technology

We are seeking a hands-on Director of Technology to lead day-to-day execution across infrastructure, applications, IT operations, and technical vendors. This leader will help scale the company’s technology function during a period of significant growth by improving reliability, delivery, business alignment, and operational discipline. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable driving strategy, managing budgets across capex and opex, and stepping into the details when needed. What You Will Own Lead day-to-day technology operations across infrastructure, business systems, internal IT, and application delivery. Oversee both infrastructure and applications, ensuring stability, scalability, security, and business alignment. Manage technology budgets across operating expenses and capital expenditures, including software, cloud, infrastructure, telecom, and technical services. Drive vendor management, renewal planning, cost optimization, and accountability for third-party partners and contractors. Build practical operating discipline for service delivery, change management, escalation, documentation, and release coordination. Partner with operations, finance, and executive leadership to prioritize initiatives that improve visibility, efficiency, and growth. Support systems integration, acquired business onboarding, and scaling efforts as the company grows through 2029. Develop KPIs, reporting rhythms, and execution follow-through for the technology function. What We Are Looking For
