Lead Wi-Fi Network Engineer | Event Wi-Fi Consulting - fully remote

Comgent is looking for an experienced Lead Wi-Fi Network Engineer to provide an independent second opinion on a large indoor event deployment. The venue covers approximately 50,000 m² with a 12 m ceiling . The existing setup uses around 100 Aruba access points , with plans to expand using directional coverage. You’ll review findings from previous venue tests, discuss the current design and brainstorm practical improvements. We’re looking for: Proven experience designing and deploying Wi-Fi for large events or comparable indoor venues. Strong RF planning and antenna-selection expertise, including omnidirectional and directional coverage. Ability to assess test results and advise on coverage, capacity and interference.
