ABOUT THE ROLE As our Controller, you will own the accounting operation behind our mission — the close, the controls, the audit, and the financial reporting our Board, auditors, and donors rely on. You will bring the technical judgment that stands behind our financial statements, turning the generosity entrusted to us into reporting that is accurate, timely, and built to last. As Come and See has grown, so has the complexity of how we account for it — donor-restricted giving across four Pillars, production funding, translation and localization work across many languages and currencies, and a growing, distributed team.
