This is a builder role in a division that is growing fast, has a proven program, and has real runway ahead of it. Book Blast is a literacy program that gets kids excited about books and reading. The childcare division brings that same program to childcare centers and early childhood settings. It operates differently than the schoolwide business. The buyer is different, the program cadence is different, and the sales motion requires dedicated ownership to reach its potential. The Childcare Sales Manager leads a team of Childcare Specialists who own the full client lifecycle: from presentations through program fulfillment and into renewals. This role is responsible for developing those specialists, partnering with a dedicated BDR team on prospecting and meeting generation, and building the processes and standards that turn a strong division into a scalable one.
