Licensed Behavioral Health Care Manager - Independent Contractor/Remote

Independent Contractor Opportunity We are seeking independently licensed behavioral health professionals to contract with us to provide Behavioral Health Care Management services for adult oncology patients through a Collaborative Care Model. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting one or more of our partner practices, working Monday-Friday. Minimum commitment: 20 hours per week. Scope of Services Provide behavioral health care management services to adult oncology patients. Conduct behavioral health screenings and clinical assessments. Deliver brief evidence-based behavioral health interventions. Educate patients regarding behavioral health conditions and treatment options. Monitor patient progress and treatment response. Coordinate care with oncology providers and other treating clinicians, as clinically appropriate.
