Main responsibilities: Design and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems. Analyze diverse datasets and extract actionable insights for strategy. Lead the complete deployment cycle of models in production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, analysis). Perform rigorous statistical modeling, optimization, and algorithm validation. Develop visualizations and dashboards to communicate results. Mentor junior profiles and define best practices in Data Science. Mandatory requirements: Fluent English. +5 years of experience in ML, AI, and data analysis.
