About the role In this role, you will support Coalition 's Revenue Operations function, turning regional data into the insights our International GTM leaders rely on to drive performance and growth across their markets. You will analyse portfolio and business performance across lines of business, own regional reporting and KPI frameworks, and support planning, budgeting, and target-setting as Coalition scales across new geographies. Responsibilities Regional Portfolio Analysis Conduct analysis of portfolios across Germany and other international markets, working in close partnership with International GTM and underwriting leaders. Analyse performance trends by line of business, surfacing the key drivers behind results across international markets. Prepare, analyse, and distribute regional portfolio and performance insights to International GTM leadership. Support underwriting and GTM leaders with claims analysis and early identification of trends.
