This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada . What you’ll do: Act as a trusted advisor on disability, WCB, and leave management programs. Lead the effective administration of complex WCB and disability leave, workplace accommodation, and fitness-for-work cases while ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and collective agreements. Partner with leaders, People & Culture teams, and external providers to deliver coordinated case management and return-to-work outcomes. Champion a positive employee experience by guiding individuals through leave, accommodation, and return-to-work journeys. Advance program effectiveness through data-driven insights, process improvements, and industry best practice implementation.
