About us Clipt is a fast-growing video editor staffing and creative services agency. We place skilled video editors with brands and creators, and we produce short-form and long-form video for some of the biggest consumer brands in the world. We're also the team behind Smart Nonsense, a YouTube channel with 3.5 million subscribers built on one mission: make learning fun. We work with more than 100 clients today, and that number keeps growing. We're a small, hands-on team that moves quickly, cares about craft, and treats each other (and our clients) well. The role We're hiring our first dedicated Head of Finance to own invoicing, accounting, and collections for the business. You'll be the person who keeps our numbers accurate, our invoices out the door on time, and our cash coming in. This is a full-time, remote role reporting directly to leadership. Day one, the focus is execution: getting invoices right, closing the books each month, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Over time, we want this person to grow with us into a true finance leader who helps with budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and planning. You don't need to have done all of that before. We care most that you're organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and eager to take on more as the company grows. How the role grows: First 3 months: Learn our clients, billing setups, and tools. Take full ownership of monthly invoicing and accounts receivable. First 6 months: Run a clean, on-time monthly close. Build
