Program Manager, Strategic Customer Delivery

Job Summary Clinisys is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee complex, multi-site software deployments for our largest strategic customers. This is a customer-facing role focused on programme governance, executive stakeholder management, and portfolio oversight rather than day-to-day project delivery. You will act as the primary escalation point for customers, working closely with project managers, strategic account leaders, product teams, and Professional Services leadership to ensure successful programme outcomes. The ideal candidate has experience leading large enterprise software programmes, engaging with senior executives, and governing multiple interconnected projects across global organisations.
