The Senior Counsel is a licensed attorney who supports a business unit of the Cleveland Clinic through both direct legal practice and the supervision of internal staff and outside counsel. In this role, you will oversee and manage medical malpractice litigation, provide oversight of outside counsel, investigate and negotiate claims and settlements, and collaborate with business partners and caregiver groups on matters related to risk, claims, and litigation. A caregiver in this role works remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m
