Head of Growth / Senior Growth Manager

About the Role Lead growth across demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement at a remote-first B2B SaaS company focused on user-led growth. You will own the full funnel from campaign strategy through closed-won, while building the systems and reporting that help the business scale. What You'll Do Plan and run integrated campaigns for product launches, category events, and company announcements. Own demand generation across paid, owned, and earned channels, and track performance through closed-won revenue. Run an industry awards program and activate community opportunities for distribution and brand building. Grow a micro-influencer program with industry practitioners, investors, and software operators. Build and automate growth workflows that connect HubSpot, product data, and marketing channels. Develop tracking and reporting infrastructure to understand what drives results from first touch to closed-won. Use AI tools such as Claude and related workflow capabilities to reduce manual work and document reusable processes. Develop product positioning, launch plans, customer stories, newsletters, website updates, and sales enablement materials. Collaborate with leadership and colleagues across content, SEO, partnerships, design, product, and sales.
