Look beyond day-to-day project delivery to identify improvements that strengthen study processes, quality and safety. Partner with sponsors, sites and cross-functional teams to translate study requirements into practical project plans and solutions. Monitor project performance, anticipate risks and remove obstacles to support consistent, high-quality delivery. Manage project financials, including billing, forecasting, scope changes, revenue reporting and pass-through costs.
