Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Maintenance Engineer to oversee daily property service requests, vendor dispatch, and operational logistics. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for receiving incoming maintenance requests, virtually assessing the situation, scheduling appropriate local vendors, and following up to ensure timely resolution. We are looking for strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, vendor management abilities, and high operational efficiency to manage property service workflows remotely. Key Responsibilities Request & Logistics Management Request Handling: Receive, log, and prioritize daily tenant/occupant repair requests, service inquiries, and support tickets. Virtual Problem Diagnosis: Communicate with occupants to gather clear details, photos, or videos to understand the issue and identify the right service provider needed. Vendor Dispatch & Scheduling: Contact, schedule, and assign appropriate third-party vendors or local technicians to resolve issues, coordinating access with property occupants. Inspection Logistics: Coordinate schedules and log appointments for property inspections between occupants, local team members, and third-party inspectors (you will schedule and track logistics, not conduct physical walk-throughs).
