Specialist - Marketing Operations

The Specialist - Marketing Operations, supports the execution, optimization, and operational management of marketing campaigns, digital content, and marketing technology processes that enable global brand, demand generation, and revenue marketing initiatives. This role combines campaign operations, marketing automation, CRM and database support, website content management, reporting, and quality assurance to keep marketing programs running accurately, efficiently, and measurably. The Specialist contributes to performance analysis and recommends improvements based on campaign, channel, and database insights. The incumbent must be detail-oriented, comfortable managing high-volume work across multiple systems and stakeholders, and able to balance speed, accuracy, and process discipline in a fast-paced environment.
