Associate Recruiter

The Associate Recruiter – Sourcing and Screening supports the recruitment team by assisting with candidate sourcing, talent pipeline development, and recruitment coordination activities. This role helps identify potential candidates, maintain candidate information, and support recruiters throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a remote environment, in country. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases. Support the development and maintenance of candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Conduct initial candidate outreach, preliminary screening and qualification activities. Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Support recruiters with administrative and coordination activities related to talent acquisition. Ensure assigned work is completed accurately and within established timelines. Demonstrate strong attention to detail when documenting candidate information and recruitment activities. Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Build collaborative relationships with team members and stakeholders. Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and self-discipline while working remotely.
