Update client registrations; Register internship program data, keeping the database up to date; Direct the assisted public to Portal pages according to requested services; Clarify client doubts regarding products and services; Handle service and registration for new clients; Assist in feeding the database (client registration); Perform technical promotion of products; Provide customer service via email, phone, and WhatsApp for process information. Currently enrolled in higher education in Business Administration, Marketing Technology, Human Resources Management, Advertising and Public Relations, or related courses; Basic proficiency in MS Office and/or G-Suite is required, along with ease in handling computerized systems. Essential to have good spoken and written communication skills and a predisposition for detail-oriented activities. Must have at least 1 year remaining to complete your degree/internship. Reside in Teresina.
