Senior Credit and Collection Analyst

We are looking for someone to join our corporate team, responsible for performing highly complex credit analyses, evaluating financial capacity, risk profiles, and client collateral, and ensuring well-founded recommendations aligned with Cibra's credit policies. Act in the preventive monitoring of the portfolio, risk identification, and the improvement of processes and controls, contributing to the mitigation of financial losses, receivable quality, and sustainable business growth. Come make a difference with us! · Analyze and evaluate higher-complexity credit operations through the interpretation of financial statements, economic-financial indicators, payment capacity, relationship history, and market information, aimed at supporting secure credit-granting decisions. · Prepare technical credit opinions, presenting well-founded analyses, identification of main risks, limit recommendations, commercial conditions, and collateral structures to support decisions by competent authorities and the Credit Committee. · Monitor exposure and the risk profile of the client portfolio, tracking the evolution of granted limits, credit utilization, risk concentration, and changes in payment capacity to anticipate potential financial deteriorations. · Evaluate and recommend collateral structures, considering their nature, sufficiency, and liquidity.
