[Job-32334] Tester Engineer for Agentic SDLC, Brazil

We are evolving our SDLC to an agentic structure, with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) as the foundation. In this model, quality starts at the specification stage, not at the end of the cycle. We are looking for a Tester who works in shift-left: helping to write testable specs, defining verifiable acceptance criteria, and building the guardrails that allow the safe and predictable use of AI. Responsibilities: Participate in the writing and refinement of specifications (SDD), ensuring they are clear, complete, unambiguous, and testable; - Transform specs and acceptance criteria into test scenarios (BDD/Gherkin or equivalent) prior to development, using AI for support; - Define the team's testing strategy for flows involving AI agents: what is automatically validated, what requires review.
