About the Role: The Human Resources Generalist provides hands-on HR support to leaders and employees across the organization during a temporary 6-9 month assignment. This role supports employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, compliance, employee engagement, and HR programs. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing a variety of employee matters, and can effectively balance independent work with strong cross-functional collaboration.
