You will build and ship models that help Sales and other business partners make better, faster decisions. Working alongside data engineers and analysts, you will turn raw data into reliable features, test your ideas, and explain the results in plain language. At this level, you own projects from question to production with light guidance, and you help newer teammates grow. Responsibilities Design, build, and validate machine learning and statistical models that solve defined business problems Explore large datasets to find trends and insights, and partner with data engineers to create and refine the features your models need Design and analyze experiments to measure the impact of data-driven initiatives Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear way that supports decisions Work with engineers, product managers, and business partners in an agile environment to put models into products and processes, following CHG data privacy and security standards Qualificati
