Position Summary: The Healthcare IT Workstream Project Manager manages an assigned workstream within the Indian Health Service (IHS) modernization program. This part of the program is migrating current patient data to a new Four Directions Warehouse environment to strengthen IHS access to accurate, timely, and usable patient information.The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and reporting on their assigned workstream. This includes managing scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, resources, stakeholders, subcontractors, and delivery readiness. The role works closely with IHS stakeholders, technical teams, clinical and functional leads, data owners, vendors, and program leadership to ensure the workstream delivers aligned, high-quality outcomes that support the broader warehouse migration.
