Responsibilities: Lead organizational licence and national-permit readiness and applications. Serve as the licensed corporate officer and designated licensed individual supporting the permit, subject to applicable requirements and approvals. Establish responsible supervision and control through staff training, entry reviews, escalation procedures, recordkeeping and compliance monitoring. Build importer onboarding and direct power-of-attorney processes; oversee classification, valuation, origin, agency requirements, customs release and entry summaries. Implement customs filing software and ACE/ABI workflows with the technology team; connect document intake, release status, billing and reconciliation with Charger’s TMS. Recruit, train and supervise the operating team with our in-house recruiters. Establish shipment coverage, quality controls and contingency arrangements. Wo
