Head of Online Marketing (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities: Leadership and efficient coordination of both the internal marketing team (7 members) and external partners, with the goal of ensuring the best possible performance of team members through motivating measures, individual coaching, and support; development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen market position; analysis and reporting of marketing metrics to management, as well as deriving optimization potential; prioritization of tasks and resources for the effective implementation of marketing goals; effective management of financial resources to maximize efficiency, including budget planning and monitoring to ensure ROAS targets are met. Your qualifications: Extensive experience in online marketing with leadership experience and a strong eye for trends and developments in online marketing; strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration; analytical mindset with a particular strength in KPI analysis and deriving actionable insights.
