About: The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in transforming the firm’s financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making across the firm. This position will focus on developing and maintaining business intelligence dashboards, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and evaluating profitability and operational performance across practice areas and departments. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Director of Finance, Comptroller, and departmental leaders, the Business Intelligence Analyst will help improve data visibility, identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights that support the firm's strategic and operational objectives. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance management dashboards and reporting using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. Work with the equity partners, Fractional COO, Fractional CFO, Director of Finance, Comptroller, and department leaders to define, calculate, and report meaningful financial and operational KPIs.
