The Role The API Technology Architect is a customer-facing technical specialist within Lumen’s Solutions With Advanced Technology (SWAT) Team . This role helps customers and Technical Sellers successfully use Lumen APIs to automate service ordering, provisioning, modification, management, and integration with customer and partner systems.
