Perform administration and support activities for physical and virtual server infrastructure. Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of virtualization environments, storage, and infrastructure services. Monitor the availability, capacity, and performance of infrastructure environments, acting to identify and correct incidents. Execute operational procedures, planned changes (RDMs), and maintenance activities in production environments. Handle and resolve incidents, problems, and requests related to corporate infrastructure. Support technological modernization initiatives, environment migrations, and reduction of technical obsolescence. Monitor backups, recovery routines, and validation of infrastructure services. Support the administration of authentication services, corporate directories, and other shared infrastructure services. Prepare and maintain updated technical documentation, operational procedures, and environment diagrams. Interact with vendors and partners for technical support and incident resolution. Participate in the execution of infrastructure projects and continuous improvement of corporate environments. Work in extended shifts, contributing to the reduction of peak incidents and increasing efficiency.
