The Acute Access Nurse Practitioner, Virtual Care (VSP/PT) works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. Nurse Practitioner, Virtual Care (VSP/PT) provides health promotion and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions. You will focus on Quality Measures as well as some assistance with acute access.
