Clinical Operations Strategy Lead

Become a part of our caring community The Clinical Operations Strategy Lead is responsible for leading complex clinical operations initiatives that improve efficiency, standardize workflows, support enterprise readiness, and enable successful implementation of strategic programs. This role serves as a cross-functional liaison across clinical operations, technology, claims, procurement, contract management, external customers, and enterprise partners. Our Government Contract Requires US Citizenship for this Position KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 35% Lead planning and execution of strategic clinical operations initiatives that support enterprise goals and operational readiness. 25% Establish and maintain consistent communication channels across internal teams and business partners. 15% Lead process optimization efforts to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability across clinical operations. 15% Provide procurement and contract management oversight for clinical enablement-related vendors, services, and deliverables. 10% Manage change order processes, including impact assessment, stakeholder communication, and implementation coordination.
