Manager, Endpoint Security Engineering

Position Purpose: The Endpoint Security Engineering Manager is responsible for the operational leadership, delivery execution, workforce management, and capability advancement of the organization's endpoint security capabilities. This leader ensures the enterprise endpoint security platform remains effective, scalable, measurable, and aligned to business risk reduction objectives. The role manages the engineering team responsible for endpoint protection technologies, endpoint security policy implementation, platform health, operational readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Manager is accountable for delivery and team performance, while partnering closely with senior engineers and capability stewards for technical leadership and architectural direction. The role calls for a thoughtful, people-centered leader who listens well, considers different perspectives, and applies sound judgment to complex technical and organizational decisions. Candidates should bring direct engineering experience with enterprise endpoint security, endpoint management, or security enforcement platforms, including hands-on experience with at least some of the following core technologies: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, Trend Micro Cloud One, Microsoft Intune, Tanium Enforce, and Absolute.
