Enterprise Risk Management Analyst

Position Purpose: The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team is responsible for all aspects of ERM and corporate sustainability/ Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) coordination and reporting for Centene Corporate and all subsidiaries. The ERM Analyst position is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting complex risks, applying knowledge of risk management techniques and is also responsible for supporting sustainability and ESG initiatives. This position partners with multiple business units and/or functional areas to assist with gathering, analyzing, and documenting ERM and corporate sustainability data. Support strategies to improve the company’s corporate sustainability/ ESG ratings and propose actionable plans with appropriate measures to track results and integrate them into company business processes. Provide input and support Risk Program implementations, management, and oversight including ERM risk analysis, risk assessments, risk education, monitoring, remediation, and reporting. Analyze ERM data to identify trends and material enterprise-wide risk issues. Identify key risks and mitigating factors and conduct statistical analyses to quantify and assess risk. Research, benchmark, and evaluate corporate sustainability/ ESG initiatives, guidance, regulations, and standards and identify potential emerging sustainability issues.
