The Technical Consultant supports the Sales and Solutions teams by providing technical expertise when required. They are responsible for delivering implementation services across a wide range of clients and technologies, acting as a mentor and technical escalation point, and creating technical documentation. The role also includes ensuring projects are completed within agreed time, quality, scope, and cost parameters, and continuously seeking opportunities for self-improvement and innovation.
