Senior Technical Designer

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking an ambitious, highly skilled Senior Technical Designer to join the growing Cyberpunk 2 team in North America. You will contribute to achieving the vision of the project through identifying friction points and unblocking workflows for all design disciplines. The person in this role will report to the Lead Systems Designer. For US hires, this role may be performed in a hybrid capacity from our Boston Hub, with relocation assistance available. Alternatively, this role may be performed remotely within the continental US or Canada. Responsibilities Work closely with our Lead Systems Designer and our Engineering Leads to identify and help to resolve developmental friction points for designers. Collaboratively design and work closely with engineering on workflows and designer authorship tools such as abilities, items, and many more. Act as a bridge between design and engineering, sharing knowledge between the two to accelerate understanding and efficiency throughout both disciplines. Engage with the engineering discipline in order to add features to existing technical architecture to extend functionality for designers.
