Recruitment Resourcer

Brief We are looking for a proactive and highly resourceful Recruitment Resourcer to support specialist recruitment teams across candidate identification, talent research and market mapping. This is a research and sourcing-focused role for someone who enjoys finding hard-to-reach talent, building high-quality candidate pipelines and uncovering market intelligence. You will work closely with recruitment consultants to understand live requirements and future hiring needs, identify relevant professionals who meet the brief, and provide well-researched talent for consultant-led engagement. Responsibilities Source relevant and high-quality candidates for priority vacancies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other specialist sourcing platforms. Build targeted candidate pipelines and talent pools across agreed markets, locations, sectors and skillsets. Conduct proactive talent research and market-mapping projects. Identify and research potential candidates for both live vacancies and future recruitment requirements. Add relevant candidates to targeted outreach campaigns for consultant follow-up.
