Director, Capital Markets

Position Overview: Responsible for (i) the structuring and execution of new structured issuances, (ii) the ongoing monitoring and management of existing issuances, and (iii) managing and cultivating relationships with institutional investors. Job responsibilities: 1. Function as the right-hand person to the Head of the Capital Markets team and act as a sounding board for the team's corporate objectives 2. Manage the staffing and work allocation of junior team members 3 . Lead the team in project management and execution of new public and private Infrastructure Asset-Backed Securities ( IABS ) transactions or other structured solutions, including the following scope of work: Selection and appointment of transaction counterparties Obtaining senior management and/or Board approval where required Financial modeling and cash flow analysis Ratings analysis and modeling Marketing and due diligence materials Investor presentations and Q&As Legal documentation Operational setup and other administrative workstreams 4. Ongoing reporting and investor relations work for outstanding IABS transactions 5 . Generate and develop new business ideas and leads for the team 6. Connect and establish relations with new institutional clients for MIS Group 7. Preparation of presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders 8.
