ICT Third-Party Risk Manager / IKT-Drittparteienrisikomanager (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities You will assume central coordination and further development of our ICT third-party risk management in accordance with DORA, thereby becoming part of our compliance team. Your tasks include: Independent conceptualization and further development of ICT third-party risk management: Creation of ICT third-party management documentation (e.g., guidelines, processes, templates) to optimize our digital resilience. Risk Analysis: Coordination of risk analyses for ICT third-party risk management as the basis for continuous monitoring of our third parties and sub-service providers. Further development and independent maintenance of our information register. Coordination and review of the implementation of DORA contractual requirements in coordination with our Data Protection Officer, Legal, and other specialized departments. Emergency and Scenario Planning: Participation in the preparation of emergency documentation, exit strategies, SLAs, and processes with our ICT third parties in close coordination with Business Continuity Management. Risk-oriented control of the proper execution and documentation of ongoing monitoring of ICT third-party service providers by the responsible business owners (1st line). Risk reporting to specialized departments and C-level. Point of contact for internal audit reviews and annual financial audits for the ICT third-party risk management area.
