Commercial Title Attorney, Vylla

The Vylla Commercial Attorney will provide practical, business-focused legal counsel on commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, title and survey review, and related corporate transactions. The position requires essential knowledge of underwriting requirements and analysis of requested policy endorsements on complex transactions that will be on purchase and refinance deals. Responsible for drafting and reviewing transaction documents; manages legal due diligence and closings; advises internal stakeholders on risk, compliance, and strategic alternatives; and coordinates with outside counsel and third parties. Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The targe pay range for this position is $120,000-$175,000 based on level of experience, industry knowledge and other factors plus annual bonus. What you'll do: Provide timely, practical legal advice on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, construction, property management, and asset administration.
