This role is focused on helping property owners solve problems while negotiating and securing off-market real estate opportunities. Most of the work is done by phone. You’ll respond to inbound seller leads, build trust quickly, uncover motivation, present offers and guide sellers to a signed agreement. Once a seller agrees to a deal, you’ll visit the property to complete the process. This is a remote role, but candidates must be located in the Seattle area. During the launch phase, this role covers both acquisitions and dispositions.
