This is a great opportunity for someone who has drive, personality, curiosity, and a genuine desire to get better. You don't need 20 years of real estate experience. In fact, we may prefer someone who is hungry to learn, coachable, and excited to build something rather than someone who thinks they already know everything. WHAT WE OFFER Remote Work – Flexible remote position with occasional in-person visits as needed. Based in Birmingham, Alabama and surrounding areas. Base Salary to Start: $3,000 for the first 3 months while you learn the system and lead volume ramps up + uncapped commissions Estimated first-year on-target earnings are between $80,000 and $120,000.
