Technical Project Manager / Operations & Administrative Support

Role Overview We are looking for a Technical Project Manager / Operations team member to coordinate software development, research, testing, and product-related activities, while also supporting day-to-day administrative operations for the team. The role will help organize priorities, maintain clear processes, and ensure that work moves efficiently across technical and non-technical teams – combining hands-on project management with light administrative support. 35-40 hrs/week Start: ASAP Location: Mexico Responsibilities Project & Operations Management Coordinate project priorities and sprint planning. Manage project backlogs, tasks, timelines, and deliverables. Translate business and product requirements into clear technical tasks and acceptance criteria. Coordinate work across engineering, research, QA, and other stakeholders. Track milestones, blockers, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate testing, releases, and follow-up activities. Maintain project and process documentation. Track bugs, open questions, and key technical or product decisions. Support communication between technical and non-technical team members. Help establish and improve internal development and project-management processes. Administrative Support Manage email correspondence and support ongoing communications. Schedule and coordinate meetings across internal and external stakeholders. Support the coordination of internal processes and day-to-day team logistics. Preferred Skills Technical project man
