Job Summary The Manager, Market Finance (Value-Based Care) is a key leader within Corporate Finance, accountable for market-level financial reporting, planning, and performance management across a region and internal markets, reporting to the CFO. This role partners directly with Market and Operations leaders to translate performance into actionable insights, own the financial narrative for each market, and drive outcomes in value-based healthcare programs. The Manager will manage oversee market financial performance, multiple stakeholder relationships, and ensure disciplined, driver-based forecasting, as well as storytelling that informs executive decisions. Key stakeholders will include: Provider Engagement teams, Clients / Providers, Medical Economics, VP of FP&A and VP of Client Finance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 5+ years of relevant, progressive healthcare experience, including market/segment finance, network operations, populationhealth. Minimum1yearofmanagement experience. Extensive experience inHealthCare industry, value-based care, and risk sharing agreements.
