The Connect Division, the team concerned with client operations, is central to our service delivery model, coordinating logistics, managing relationships, and ensuring that every family experiences the highest level support and impact. About the Role Cardinal Education works with families who want the best coaches and consultants for their children. As a Client Enrollment Manager, you own the family relationship from recommendation to signed package. You review each family’s needs, recommend the right expert, build and present the proposal, guide parents through questions and negotiation, and make sure the service launches smoothly. You’ll manage a portfolio of 15 to 20 active families at different stages, with new opportunities arriving daily. It’s a high-ownership role for someone who can run a full pipeline, make sound decisions independently and close with care. What You’ll Own Needs to recommendation: review intake and assessment notes and match each family with the right coach or consultant. Proposal to close: prepare personalized proposals and quotations, handle objections and negotiate terms with parents through to a decision.
