Technical Sales Representative - Miami, FL

The Technical Sales Rep ensures that the assigned revenue, margin and product mix objectives, within the corporate business framework, are met or exceeded. This is to be accomplished by securing, developing, and managing key architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, subcontractors, and end-user accounts. This position will also own and manage all related performance and service metrics for the assigned accounts for Miami, FL area. This position is in the Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division covering the West Palm Beach, Lauderdale, Miami territory. You may live anywhere near these three metros. Tremco Sealants manufactures sealants, air barriers, waterproofing membranes, traffic coatings, glazing accessories and more for new construction and restoration. Our products can be seen on structures from parking garages and mixed-use buildings to single-family homes and high-rises, and are also used in the modular, residential window and door, industrial and manufacturing markets. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
