Senior Director, Head of Commercial Operations and Analytics

The Senior Director, Head of Commercial Operations will build and lead the commercial operations and analytics capabilities required to support Capricor's anticipated U.S. launch of deramiocel, its lead cell therapy for Duchenne muscular dystrophy. This leader will establish the operational backbone of the commercial organization, including commercial data and analytics, forecasting, field operations, customer relationship management, territory design, incentive compensation, performance reporting, and commercial systems. This is a hands-on launch leadership role with end-to-end accountability for translating commercial strategy into scalable processes, actionable insights, and disciplined execution.
