Senior HSE Specialist (CDM)

As the Senior HSE Specialist, you’ll shape and influence how CDM and auditing are delivered across Capita Public Services (CPS). Reporting to the Director of HSE, you’ll work at the heart of the organisation—partnering with Directors, Managers, and key stakeholders—to drive high standards, strengthen compliance, and provide critical assurance across the division and the UK. Contribute to the design control strategy, policy, procedures and governance related to CDM, including systems development, implementation and maintenance of the CDM Procedures, tools and templates. Collaborate with functions and operations, as required, related to CDM, specifically related to HSE risk and controls. Responsible for supporting, monitoring and reporting on the implementation of the CDM recommendations across CPS and the UK as established following the CDM audit in DPS.
