Senior Forecasting and Performance Analyst

We are now recruiting for a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst to join the Capita Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS) contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of forecasting, variance analysis, impact assessments and operational modelling across the contract. They will provides data-led insight and recommendations that enable the business to make informed workforce decisions, optimise resource utilisation, and ensure future staffing requirements are understood and proactively managed. This role acts as the subject matter expert for forecasting, capacity planning and workforce modelling best practice. This is a home based role.
