About the Role We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Learning Measurement & Analytics Lead to establish and execute the organization’s learning measurement strategy. This role is responsible for ensuring learning and development programs are evaluated based on measurable business outcomes, enabling data-driven decision-making and demonstrating the value of learning investments across the organization. As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will partner with Learning & Development leaders, business stakeholders, and executive teams to design evaluation methodologies, conduct advanced analyses, and translate complex findings into actionable business insights.
