Requirements Summary: The Junior Executive Researcher supports executive search and talent acquisition efforts by conducting market research, talent mapping, and candidate identification for leadership and executive-level roles. This role partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build talent pipelines, analyze market trends, and provide insights that support strategic hiring decisions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about talent intelligence, research, and executive recruitment. Leveraging sourcing tools, professional networks, and market data, the Junior Executive Researcher helps identify high-potential candidates and contributes to the successful execution of executive search initiatives. Responsibilities: Conduct research to identify potential candidates for executive and senior-level positions. Support talent mapping projects by gathering information on target companies, organizational structures, and key industry talent.
