About the Role The Enterprise Learning Training Design Manager will lead the CAS Training Design team in developing high-quality, scalable learning experiences that improve employee capabilities, operational performance, retention, and business results across Farmers. This role manages Learning Experience Designers, Content Developers, and rotational design resources, providing direction, coaching, and quality oversight to ensure learning solutions meet consistent instructional, visual design, accessibility, and technical standards. The team is evolving from a traditional trainer-led delivery model toward a modern, capability-based learning ecosystem that embeds learning into everyday work through technology, performance support, and leaders as teachers.
